This Cisco CP-7912G is refurbished by Cisco and includes a 1-year 8
X 5 NBD (Next Business Day) SMARTnet contract. Customers must contact
IP Phone Warehouse with phone serial numbers upon delivery with serial
numbers for SMARTnet activation.
Note: Cisco VoIP phones ship by default with the SCCP
protocol, because ths phone includes Cisco SMARTnet you will be able to
download the Cisco SIP software at no charge. Refurbished Cisco phones
not include a Cisco Call Manager or Cisco Call Manager Express license.
