Control - Our powerful central management system lets you maintain
several configuration profiles and apply them to custom groups of
PolePoint devices

and discovery - A PolePoint AP will regularly look for configuration
and firmware updates over the Internet once powered up.
- Advanced Monitoring - Each PolePoint is monitored automatically. Statistics are stored for network analysis and troubleshooting.

Expansion Made Easy – When it comes time to expand your network, you
can apply your current configuration to new devices. All you have to do
is plug them in and InControl programs them for you!
Multiple
Virtual Access Points (VAP) – This powerful WLAN feature allows one
PolePoint to create up to 16 unique wireless networks!

customizable – Each VAP is fully customizable (SSID, encryption, and
authentication), giving you the flexibility to create different
networks for each group of people that you need to serve.
- Flexible
Security – For each VAP you choose the encryption method,
authentication policy, VLAN, and traffic control policies. Each user
can only use the network resources that you allow them to.

Transmit Power – PePWave has engineered PolePoint with up to 4 times
the output power than competing AP's! This gives you greater coverage,

Receive Sensitivity – WiFi communications are a two way street, simply
having a lot of power at the AP does not guarantee your users will have
a good connection. Laptops and PDA's have low powered WiFi cards to
save battery life, PolePoint is designed to “hear” these low powered
devices at greater distances.

throughout a large corporate network where Ethernet is not available.
Now you can configure them to bridge with another PolePoint to
